How do I get an access token?

1. Open your Canvas settings (Account → Settings).
2. Scroll to Approved Integrations and click + New Access Token.
3. Type anything as the purpose, pick an expiry date if you like, then click Generate Token.
4. Copy the token and paste it above. Canvas only shows it once.

Your token is saved only in this browser. Requests pass straight through to Canvas; nothing is stored or logged on our server. The only things the site can do in Canvas besides reading are turning in work, replying to discussions and sending messages, and only after you confirm.
